If You Come To Earth by Sophie Blackall

"If You Come To Earth" is a much anticipated new book from Sophie Blackall. This book is so very beautiful and FULL of fantastic inspirations for BIG conversations.

It's evident that it was inspired by Sophie Blackall's work with Save The Children. She writes that the idea for it came on top of a Himalayan mountain in Bhutan. She was teaching children there and they didn't speak the same language. She found herself communicating with pictures, making small books to tell stories to one another. She subsequently spent time talking with children from all over the world about how you might explain our planet to someone who has just arrived.

This book is poetic. It's beautiful and rich with opportunities to explore where we are as humans, what we are to one another, and how we very much need to take care of our earth and our communities. I am so excited to stock this wonderful book, I cannot wait to see the stories it will inspire.
