Enzo Mari Drawing Cards Carte Da Disegno

These drawing cards are one of the very first things I ever carried when I opened the shop over a decade ago, I'm delighted to bring them back to you this season.

Enzo Mari: historic series of 5 game books published in the 1970's. Long strips and drawings by Mari are used to create tales, sequences, dreams etc. What you'll find inside are partially illustrated images that you're invited to complete. Imagine it's a collaborative drawing between you and Mari himself.

Enzo Mari was born in Novara in 1932, and passed away in October 2020. He attended the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and dedicated himself to exploring “the psichology of vision and design methods”.
As a designer, he worked for the top Italian and international manufactures, and examples of his design objects can be found in many museums the world over.
He has been awarded countless prizes, among which 4 “Compasso d’oro”.
