Penguin Paper Balloon Greeting Card. Risograph printed card with accents of fluorescent ink. Each card has a paper balloon inside that corresponds with the character on the front of the card.

• Includes a lady japanese paper balloon

Each balloon comes flat with a paper belly band. To use, simply blow in the hole which will force the balloon to expand, inflate and form into its circular shape character. The balloons can be flattened and blown up over and over again.

Please note there are accents of fluorescent colours which do not show up in the photography.
