I have a bias about this book. I have known Danielle for many, many, years, and I know her personal creative journey from art school to the massive online success of her blog, "The Jealous Curator". She has her own experience with an "art bully" (you'll meet one in the book) and it totally changed the trajectory of her career for a long time. It wasn't until she shook off other's expectations of what or who an artist could be that she found her voice again in her own practise. She has spent years sharing and promoting the work of other artists through her Jealous Curator account. This is her first childrens book and I am SO PROUD to stock it here at the shop.
You'll follow a wonderful bunch of characters made of bits and bobs and even glue as they determine what kind of artist has made the messes they come across. The book ends with 12 different art prompts you can try at home.
