Jonathan Emmett has written many books for children including Bringing Down the Moon, 'Alphabet Street' and The Princess and the Pig. He developed his skills as a writer and illustrator while studying and working as an architect but left architecture to become a children’s author in 1995. His work has been translated into over 30 different languages and has won several awards both in the UK and abroad.

Ingela P. Arrhenius graduated from art school in the early 90s and has been working as an illustrator ever since. Ingela has created patterns for fabrics, wallpaper, and stationery, as well as packaging and home accessories. She has also collaborated with several toy producers around the world and her love of retro style, typography, and color is reflected in all her work. Ingela lives with her husband (an author) and two sons in Stockholm, Sweden.
