During the Canada Post Strike, we will be using UPS for all deliveries. We have paused all shipments to rural areas or PO Boxes as UPS cannot ship to these areas.

ALL SHIPMENTS TO THE USA are temporarily paused. 

CANADA

Orders over $150 ship for free, otherwise choose our $15 FLAT RATE 

Art Prints always ship separately.

All other orders ship with Canada Post or UPS. We do our best to process your orders and ship them out within 2 business days. This time frame applies to our in-store processing and can't account for any delays caused by the shipping carriers.

International customers please note that Collage Collage is not responsible for any customs, duties or brokerage fees that may be applied for importing goods into your country of residence.

Should anything arrive damaged please let us know right away and we’ll do our best to remedy the situation. 

All Craft Kits, Supplies, Parties and Services are FINAL SALE

With a shop filled with so many differently shaped things, some items have non-standard dimensions and may incur additional shipping charges. Should this occur, we will contact you after your purchase and do our best to get everything to you.

 

Return Policy

  • Final Sale Items: Craft Kits, Craft Supplies, Classes, Apparel, Gift Cards, and Birthday Parties are FINAL SALE.

  • We accept in-store returns for exchange/store credit within 7 days on unread books, un-worm apparel (excluding hats) or sealed decorations. All other goods are final sale.

Returns for Credit / Exchange:

  • Returns for store credit / exchange are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Partial Refunds may be granted for items that are damaged or missing parts due to our error.
  • Books with obvious signs of use are not eligible for returns.

Sale Items: 

All items purchased during our sale or using discount codes are FINAL SALE.

Online Order Returns:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
